About Jade
Psychologist
BPsychSci(Hons), MPsych(Clinical, Behavioral Neuroscience), PhD(Candidate)
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I am a registered psychologist committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals from all walks of life. I work with adolescents (16+) and adults offering a safe, respectful, and inclusive space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
I have a strong interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including varied cultural and migration histories and gender identities. My practice is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity, and I aim to create a space where each person feels respected and understood.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients through a broad range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is practical, collaborative and adaptable, drawing on evidence-based frameworks.
